Our Casinoextra privacy policy explains what information this website handles, why we handle it and the choices available to you. We collect the minimum information needed to operate the site, respond to enquiries and keep our services secure.
Who is responsible for your information
Casinoextra is the website you are reading, while the gambling account and any related account services are operated by Samaki Limited. This policy concerns the website and editorial inbox. It does not replace the operator’s own account or payment privacy terms.
For questions about this website, contact us at [email protected].
Information you provide
We may receive information that you choose to send when contacting the editorial team, including your name, email address, message and any details needed to answer your question. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents or gambling account passwords by email.
If you create an account through our website, the information required by the relevant service may include identity details, address, contact information and an email address. Payment details are handled through the payment process rather than sent to our editorial inbox.
Technical information and cookies
Our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, device type, browser information, pages visited and the time of your visit. We use this information to keep the website available, prevent misuse and understand how the site is used.
Cookies may store preferences or support essential website functions. Where analytics or advertising cookies are used, consent is required before non-essential tracking is activated. You can change your browser settings to block cookies, although some features may then work differently.
How we use information
- To provide and maintain the website
- To answer enquiries sent to our editorial team
- To secure the site and investigate misuse
- To understand website performance and improve navigation
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
Lawful basis for processing
We process information where necessary to perform a service you request, respond to correspondence, protect our website and comply with applicable law. Where consent is the basis for analytics, advertising or optional cookies, you can withdraw that consent through your browser or any consent control shown by the website.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host the website, deliver email, provide security or operate approved analytics and advertising tools. Their processing is limited to the purpose for which we provide the service.
Your UK GDPR rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may ask us to give you access to your personal information, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, object to certain uses or receive certain information in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
Send your request to [email protected]. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant correspondence or account. We may need to clarify the request before we can complete it.
If you remain dissatisfied after contacting us, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
How long we keep information
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, maintain an appropriate record or meet a legal requirement. Technical and security records are retained for the period required to protect the website and investigate abuse. We review stored information when its purpose has ended.
Children and shared devices
This site is intended for people aged 18+. Do not allow a person who is under 18 to use an account or access gambling-related content. If a device is shared with a minor, use parental-control software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio and keep account credentials private.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy when the website, our processing activities or the law changes. The revised version will be published on this page, and the update date will identify the version that applies.
